On December 9, 2025, the grand arch closure of the No.2 kiln at the Wei County base of Triumph Junheng was successfully completed! This marks a milestone breakthrough in project construction and represents a solid step forward in the company’s kiln transformation and upgrading.
As a core project for the company’s technological transformation and upgrading, the kiln also signifies a key technological innovation for China’s medium borosilicate pharmaceutical glass industry in decarbonization and low-carbon production processes. Its successful construction is attributable to the in-depth research and systematic technical support provided by the Research Institute. The institute delivered full-dimensional technical support covering electric melting theoretical models, thermal energy simulation and arch structure optimization. A special technical team was established to cooperate closely with front-line production staff, overcoming multiple process and engineering challenges and turning the innovative kiln from design drawings into reality.
The newly capped kiln serves as the core of Triumph Junheng’s production line upgrading and renovation, and arch capping is one of the most critical procedures in kiln construction. The closure quality of the arch directly determines the kiln’s sealing performance, thermal efficiency and service life. To ensure zero errors, the technical team conducted multiple simulation calculations and scheme demonstrations in advance, and adopted precision instruments for real-time monitoring during construction, ultimately achieving millimeter-level installation accuracy.
The arch closure embodies ingenuity and hard work, and gathers confidence and expectations. It is equivalent to putting a "safety helmet" on the core of this modern industrial kiln. In the next stage, equipment installation, commissioning and trial operation will be carried out intensively.
