Chinese Academy of Engineering Academician, Chief China National Building Material Company engineer and chairman of Kaisheng Technology Group, Peng Shou, stressed at the meeting that,All kaisheng people should fully implement the spirit of the important instructions given by General Secretary XI, resolutely implement the China National Building Material Company strategy, always hand over personal work and progress to the organization, and work together and diligently, to“Combat State” into the New Year Arena, and strive to create a new“Big Kaisheng”, with excellent results to meet the party's 20 victory held.

Peng Shou first affirmed the company's work performance in 2021 and analyzed the current development situation. He pointed out:

He emphasized:



2022 is a year of coexistence of pressure and opportunities. We need to have an open mind, agile thinking, and quick action. We should wake up from feeling good, pick ourselves up from being content with the status quo, take action from competing, face the test of macroeconomic downturn and national policy adjustment, face the shortcomings and gaps, and seize opportunities such as national "dual carbon", digital economy, resource strategy, and International Glass Year, Seriously implement the various work arrangements of China National Building Materials Group, accelerate the pace of innovation and transformation, and strive to improve the quality and efficiency of development.


Regarding the focus of work in 2022, Peng Shou proposed the work requirements for improving the "six major abilities":
  • One   is to improve strategic thinking ability,We should identify with strategies in political education, implement strategies in the development of our main business, and practice strategies in building a larger pattern.
  • The second is to improve the ability to implement strategies,To ensure the implementation of business objectives in comprehensive benchmarking, to ensure the integration of China National Building Materials and Glass New Materials Research Institute and the integration of the three major business sectors, to ensure the implementation of track restructuring, and to ensure the landing of the capital market in doing a good job in listed companies and improving value efficiency.
  • The third is to improve innovation leadership capabilities,Efforts should be made to strengthen the construction of innovation platforms while creating a "source of original innovation", and to integrate innovation resources while strengthening the construction of innovation systems. Emphasis should be placed on building application innovation platforms and conducting market application research.
  • The fourth is to improve reform management capabilities,To highlight the mechanism reform in the three-year action plan for the decisive victory of state-owned enterprise reform, to highlight the management improvement through early, fast, and practical implementation, and to vigorously create, promote, and introduce the Kaisheng brand.

The meeting signed the annual business performance assessment responsibility agreement, safety production management responsibility agreement, energy conservation and ecological environmental protection assessment responsibility agreement, management tenure system, and contractual business performance responsibility agreement. The resolution of the workers' congress was reviewed and approved.16 units, including State Key Laboratory, Domestic Business Unit of Glass Engineering, Yaohua Glass, Shenzhen Guoxian, China United Equipment, Yixing New Energy, Zoomlion Glass, New Materials Business Unit of Capvision Technology Co., Ltd., Bengbu Capvision, Junxin Technology, Shenzhen Capvision, capital operation team of Lobo Group, Capvision Robot, Lobo Longhai, Tongliao Silicon Sand, and UTG Glass team, made exchange speeches.
